Hi, I’m Chris. You are welcome here, just as you are.
At the heart of my life’s journey is a dedication to the Mystery that underlies both life and death. Yoga and meditation, in their broadest senses, have been my core pathways for over 30 years.
In addition, I am a trained counsellor, independent funeral celebrant, death doula and grief tender. These trainings have significantly enriched my understanding. I have felt an inner calling to be more ‘real’, direct, honest with life and with myself, to embrace both love and grief, and to face and learn from death.
I offer an unfiltered, honest and non-judgemental space for my counselling clients, and for those who are touched by grief or loss, and for those who are being drawn into the presence of death.
I am also an enthusiastic student of the Cymraeg, or the Welsh language.
Years of spiritual living, combined with the profound insights gained through the above trainings, have infused my practice and understanding with a clarity and compassion that stems from a deep, inner connection to the profound mysteries that underlie both life and death. Within this enigmatic realm, death is the other side of life, joy the other side of grief, and love the other side of loss. Thus, life, death, joy, grief, love, and loss are all poignant expressions of the Sacred, to be cherished and honoured.
